Howard was the most professional looking tour guide and we chose him. We were very happy with his tour and the wealth of knowledge he had about the island of Aruba. He added little extras, like showing us how a cashew nut grows and how snakes just lay in the middle of roads! We requested that he stop at a beach for 5 minutes, just so we could walk on it, he gave us a restaurant suggestion which proved to be a good suggestion, and really gave us a great overview of the island. We definitely recommend him!

  We had booked a tour with HF Tours and upon arrival we called the contact number. There was a breakdown in communication and the office did not have us scheduled.... read more However, Howard apologized and came himself to pick my wife and I up and give us a personal tour of Aruba. Howard was wonderful in showing us the island and giving us so much more than the normal cruise ship tour. We can't thank Howard enough to opening our eyes to the beauty of Aruba and making our visit a memorable one. You cannot do better than HF Tours. Highly recommended!

He was so friendly and made sure to ask if we had any special places we wanted to go to. Howard took us everywhere we wanted to go and was able to give so much history about the island. At the end of our tour we wanted to go to a local eatery and choose Pika's Corner. (highly recommend) We invited Howard to join us for lunch and afterwards he brought us back to our resort. We also were able to book him for our trip back to the airport. He picked us up early enough so we had time to stop and take some pics before getting to the airport. I made sure to take Howard's card and will be using him whenever we return to Aruba. …

We also got a tutor of the various housing markets in Aruba, prices ranging from $3000 to over 3 million!
Because it was a small group we didn't have to wait for stragglers. He was considerate and stopped at a hotel for a couple that needed a washroom after the last stop.

  I can't express my gratitude enough for what Howard did for us. After taking my extended family of 15 people from the hotel to the airport on time, my... read more wife noticed that she forgot her carry on luggage and napsak with her computer in it back at the Marriott hotel.
Howard happily and reassuringly took control of the situation by phoning our hotel on his cell phone, arranging for them to find her bags, and then getting a cab to drive my wife's bags immediately to the airport.
Howard then waited for 40 minutes for the cab to come (a guy he knows, and Howard knows everyone on the island it seems!) and we received my wife's bags in time to make our flight.
Without Howard being prompt to arrive, loading all of our bags with a smile, then getting us to the airport on time, then getting our forgotten bags to us quickly, we would have missed our flight. All of this at no extra charge. I gave him a tip as thank you!

  Just returned from a 10-day Southern Caribbean on the Royal Princess. I had booked a tour with Sonny Binns for myself and 9 others. We were greeted at the pier... read more by Howard Folkes who explained that Sonny had problems with his van and had asked Howard to take the tour. I was a bit skeptical at first, but Howard was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and proud of his island, had a great sense of humor and was a joy to spend the day with. His van was exceptionally clean and roomy.

We visited the Casibari Rock Formations, the national park with the natural bridge, the California Lighthouse and the Alta Vista Church. Howard made a point of stopping the van to point out various produce, trees and bushes and to explain the government, housing and topography of the island. He dropped us off at Palm Beach for a few hours and was nice enough to come back and pick us up. We had heard good things about Sonny's tours, but would definitely recommend Howard for a tour of the island. He was a true gentleman and a great tour guide! You will not be disappointed if you use him.

Howard is very flexible and knowledgeable about the island. On top of that he’s got a great sense of humor, but most importantly, he is very punctual. Every time we arranged for a pick up or tour, I saw him waiting down the street, so he could show up exactly on time.
His 25 passenger bus is clean, with comfortable seats and good air-conditioning. Part of the island tour was – of course – lunch at Zeerover, and we asked him to join us. We visited the Alto vista Chapel and Baby beach as well. We had a great time altogether, and I highly recommend him.

We came across Howard by the shops outside of the cruise terminal, and we liked his vibe so we chose his tour. Howard quickly got us set up in a comfortable, air conditioned van. We waited probably 15-20 minutes or so while they located other passengers to join our van (we could have walked around the shops nearby, but we opted to wait in the van.)

The driver/tour guide, Gavin, was friendly and approachable from the start. He shared great information with us all, and he was able to answer pretty much every question that the passengers had aboit Aruba. We saw a lighthouse, a rock formation with beautiful views, an old church, beaches, resorts, local scenery, and more.

My boyfriend and I ended up staying at Eagle Beach for a few hours, then Gavin picked us up afterward to bring us back to the port. All in all, we had a great experience with this A+++ business and I will definitely look them up for our next trip to Aruba - one happy place!

When the ship docked we got right off, met Howard in the cruise ship terminal building (its very small, and you have to walk through it, so you can't miss it). At the end of the terminal building will be lots of guides with signs for tour companies and that is where we met Howard. We had to wait a while, because there was a large group who also planned to tour with Howard the same day who took their sweet time getting off the ship (this wait was really the only down side to the tour). Howard drove us all over Aruba and we pretty much saw every highlight there was to see. His tour was exactly as advertised on his website. Howard was friendly, helpful, and informative - and overall a great value! We would definitely hire him if we ever go back to Aruba.

He also made a special stop at a grocery store to pick up some drinks and food. Had a great time with Howard, would definitely do it again!!!
